An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped. If we cancel or adjust an order after payment has been made, we will arrange any applicable refund to the original payment method.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees will be shown during checkout or otherwise disclosed before you complete your purchase.

You agree to provide valid and current payment and billing information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you select for your order and any applicable charges disclosed at checkout.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Shipping options, processing estimates, delivery estimates, and any applicable shipping charges are described on our Shipping & Handling page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Our return eligibility, return process, refund rules, and exceptions are described on our Returns & Refunds page. That page is part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or import charges disclosed in our Shipping & Handling policy or at checkout, where applicable.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the Site or other users. You may not:

Any court proceedings will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or venue rights that apply to you under applicable law.
