Shipping + Handling

    • If you wish for a faster shipping service, tracking number or any other shipping upgrade, please select during checkout.
    • Delivery lead times vary. Some products ship directly from With A Spin, others may ship directly from our Makers.
    • Custom and made-to-order products have longer lead times, which will impact shipping and delivery dates.
    • Your order may arrive in more than one package and delivery.
    • Any orders refused by customers upon delivery will be subject to 5% return handling fees.  Shipping fee will not be refunded.
    • Any orders returned due to wrong shipping address will be subject to 5% return handling fees. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

     

    U.S.A. SHIPPING SCHEDULES + RATES 

    1. Orders are shipped via various carriers to arrive within 2-8 business days.
    2. All FREE SHIPPING orders ship via standard carrier service. If priority shipping is needed, DO NOT use the free shipping coupon code.
    3. Shipping costs depends on the weight of the products you have purchased. You are able to pick the carrier and shipping method that fits you.
    4. Most standard items ship within 1-5 business days after an order is placed. Shipping can be delayed for various reason including busy Ramadan season.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + RATES

    We ship worldwide.

    Depending on the customs on both arrival and departure countries, packages can be delayed a few days longer than estimated shipping times.

    Please note for orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:

    1. We highly recommend you choose UPS or Fedex for international shipping.
    2. Shipping costs depends on the weight of the products you have purchased. Our system automatically calculates the exact shipping rate for your order.
    3. The United States Postal Service page do not update the tracking information once the package leaves the USA. Please check in your respective country's postal service tracking with the same tracking number we have provided, if you chose USPS as your shipping carrier. We have experienced significant delay in delivering international package if you chose USPS.
    4. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all customs, tariffs, duties and taxes upon receiving the order. We do not have any jurisdiction for customs outside of the United States of America.
    5. Customers are encouraged to follow up with the respective country's postal service and customs 5-6 days after the order has been shipped, if you have chosen USPS.
    6. Any orders refused by customers upon delivery will be subject to return handling fees.
    7.   Any orders returned due to customs will be subject to return handling fees.

    We do not process shipping on weekends, US National Holidays and on the 2 Eid days.
