- Any orders refused by customers upon delivery will be subject to 5% return handling fees. Shipping fee will not be refunded.

- Orders are shipped via various carriers to arrive within 2-8 business days.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders over $80. Use code 75up during checkout. All free shipping orders ship via standard carrier service.
- For orders under $80, shipping costs depends on the weight of the products you have purchased. You are able to pick the carrier and shipping method that fits you.
- Most standard items ship within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + RATES
We ship worldwide.
Depending on the customs on both arrival and departure countries, packages can be delayed a few days longer than estimated shipping times.
Please note for orders shipping to addresses outside the United States:
- We highly recommend you choose Fedex for international shipping. This specially applies if you live in a country other than Canada, England and Australia.
- Shipping costs depends on the weight of the products you have purchased. Our system automatically calculates the exact shipping rate for your order.
- The United States Postal Service page do not update the tracking information once the package leaves the USA. Please check in your respective country's postal service tracking with the same tracking number we have provided. We have experienced significant delay in delivering international package if you live outside of the countries mentioned above.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all customs, tariffs, duties and taxes upon receiving the order. We do not have any jurisdiction for customs outside of the United States of America.
- Customers are encouraged to follow up with the respective country's postal service and customs 5-6 days after the order has been shipped.
