At WithASpin, we take care in preparing and shipping your order so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Below you'll find information about our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and international shipping.

Order Processing & Handling

Most in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days after an order is placed. During busy seasons, particularly Ramadan, processing times may be longer.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our WithASpin warehouse. Your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different delivery dates.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are:

USA: 5–8 business days after processing
International: 6–15 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Please note that estimated delivery times are separate from order processing times. Your delivery estimate begins once your order has shipped.

U.S. Shipping & Rates

We offer shipping throughout the United States using a variety of carriers and shipping services.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products in your order, your delivery address, and the available shipping methods. Available rates and services will be displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping: Most standard items ship within 1–5 business days after an order is placed. Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days after shipment, subject to carrier transit times.
Free shipping: Orders using a free shipping offer are shipped via standard carrier service. If you need expedited or priority shipping, please select an available paid shipping option at checkout rather than using a free shipping coupon.
Shipping upgrades: If you need a faster shipping service or an available shipping upgrade, please select your preferred option during checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

International Shipping & Rates

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and available shipping services.

Estimated international delivery times range from 6–15 business days after shipment. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local delivery conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

We ship international orders exclusively through UPS, FedEx, and DHL, offering reliable international shipping and tracking.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment through the carrier's website.

Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed while your package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and other import charges associated with their order. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid at checkout unless explicitly stated.

When customs duties or taxes are due, please pay them promptly to help avoid delays, additional fees, or the shipment being returned to us.

WithASpin has no control over customs processing times, import requirements, or fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions about potential charges.

Refused, Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a shipment is refused upon delivery or returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or unpaid customs duties and taxes, the order will be subject to a 15% return handling fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for any additional return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred. If a returned order is eligible for a refund, these applicable costs and the handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs inspections, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding if your shipment takes longer than expected.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, the last 5 days of Ramadan, or the two days of Eid.
